MaxBounty is a Canadian CPA network operating since 2004 and part of the mrge group since 2024. It is one of the best-known performance networks — first among CPA networks in OfferVault's summer 2026 vote and rated about 4.9/5 from 400+ reviews on Affpaying.
Offer and market position
The network reports over 3,000 active campaigns, around 1,800 of which are listed on OfferVault with daily-refreshed dates. Lead offers dominate: sweepstakes and giveaways, survey panels, finance and insurance, plus security software and VPNs.
Most campaigns pay CPA or CPL per registration (SOI/DOI), from a few dozen cents to several dozen dollars. Incentivised traffic is allowed only on a few campaigns.

Tools, support and payouts
MaxBounty runs its own tracking platform with a mobile app and shows EPC for every campaign, which helps with offer selection. Each publisher gets a dedicated manager.
The first payout is monthly on net-15, later ones can be weekly. The minimum is USD 100, handled via Payoneer and Tipalti. A website is not required to sign up.
