Hotmart is a platform for selling online courses and digital products, founded in Brazil in 2011 and now headquartered in Amsterdam. The group also owns Teachable and eNotas. Any product in the marketplace can run an affiliate programme, and commissions are paid by Hotmart rather than the creator.
The marketplace holds over 80,000 courses in categories such as digital marketing, business, investing, languages, exam prep and health. Creators set commission and cookie length — up to 80% of the price, with cookies that can be lifetime.
Portuguese- and Spanish-language products dominate. Quality varies and Trustpilot reviews from buyers are mostly negative, so products should be curated manually.
