Mobipium is a mobile CPA network owned by the Portuguese ACE of Performance group, which has operated since 2013. It specialises in mVAS offers billed through mobile operators (carrier billing) and in dating.
Offer and market position
Affpaying and Affplus list over 7,000 offers, mainly PIN-submit and 1-click flows, plus dating, white-label content and push notifications. Traffic goes to Latin America, Africa (Nigeria, Côte d'Ivoire) and Asia (Bangladesh), among others; offers include Boxfit, SecurityPhone and ExtremeGames (Orange). The group says more than 5,000 active affiliates work with the network.
Operator subscriptions carry higher regulatory risk and consumer complaints.
