Description:

No soft incentivized traffic is permitted (e.g., virtual currency, points, movie views, file downloads, or cash incentives). Binance strictly disallows any affiliate from encouraging existing Binance users to create a new account solely to become a referral. If Binance discovers an affiliate manipulating the referral process, all referral commissions for that affiliate’s account will be revoked (payouts reduced to 0%).

Affiliates are also forbidden from privately offering any referral kickbacks, including but not limited to sharing referral commissions with invitees, incentivizing traffic (e.g., online streaming tasks or pop-ups), or offering prizes (virtual currency rewards, gifts, or cash). In cases where Binance finds such private referral kickbacks, all referral commissions for that account will be voided (reduced to 0%).

Binance will nullify referral commissions (reducing rates to 0%) if any listed referral violations are detected. These include traffic from websites or social media accounts impersonating Binance, such as pages closely resembling Binance.com with excessive use of Binance branding, social media accounts pretending to be official Binance profiles, URLs mimicking www.binance.com (e.g., www.binance.xxx.com), other unauthorized third-party URLs, or posting one’s Binance referral link as ads on search engines and social media (Google, Bing, Baidu, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, Snapchat, etc.).

If an affiliate engages in behavior that is harmful or defamatory to Binance, their affiliate status may be terminated, and their commission rate reduced to 0%, with Binance also reserving the right to reclaim any paid commissions. This includes, but is not limited to, posting false or negative statements about Binance, directing users to seek compensation from Binance, or misrepresenting an affiliation with Binance (e.g., using “partnership,” “cooperation,” or “association”).

If the system detects that a user has deleted their account to create a new one purely for referral benefits, Binance may terminate all referral commissions for that account.

Affiliates may only use banners provided by Binance through Impact. Any other ads or creatives must receive prior written approval from Binance before going live.

Lastly, affiliates are not allowed to direct traffic from prohibited regions, as listed and updated by Binance. Any violations will result in all commissions for the relevant month(s) being reset to $0.
